| Job Duties: | Responsible for the procurement of food,alcohol and beverage products, restaurant and office supplies, printing and packaging materials, kitchen wares and equipments, parts and electrical materials.Ensures that all purchases are conducted in accordance with established procedures and meets established standards in quality and price. Coordinates the incoming shipments consigned in the hotel from point of purchase to point of delivery.Ensures and confirms on-time delivery of orders to the restaurant and bar. Ensures availability of products at all times. In case of delay or any problems, must find alternative source or products.Checks and inspects purchases to ensure that products meet required specifications. Monitor shelf life of stocks by checking that the First in First out (FIFO) system is being followed during pull out and delivery to outlets.Conducts monthly physical inventory on all products. Reconciles discrepancy between physical counts and records. Generates report on the cost of goods of each outlets. Updates Approved Suppliers List and continuously search the market for new and alternative ideas, products and materials whose adoption might improve company efficiency and profitability. Prepares and evaluates Weekly status Report. Does weekly and monthly Product Usage Report. Provides a reliable monthly forecast of goods and services to be contracted to accredited suppliers. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Employer Preference: Atleast College Graduate with 2 years experience in Purchasing related job. Preferably knows how to speak Korean language and hardworking, attentive to details, organize and can work under pressure.
