Job Title: Supervisor, Aviation Refueller 49-1011.00
Job Duties: Manages, controls and administers product inventory, receipt storage and delivery to customers on time. Operates in accordance with quality control procedures, Aviation OIMS and SHE guidelines. Ensures that only clean, dry, on-specification fuel is delivered to aircraft safely and efficiently. Supervises and requests authorization within DOAG limits to perform depot facility/equipment maintenance and repair to improvement optimum operations' safety and efficiency in the most econimical manner. Exercises supervision of facility's employees/contractors' adherence to required levels of performance of assigned duties. Recommends actions on equipment maintenance and repairs to the Aviation Depot Superintendent. Ensures complete compliance when handling Aviation fuels with all aspects of current editions of the Aviation Operations Service Manual, guidelines for Aviation Fuel Quality Control & Operating Procedures for Joint Airport Depots (JIG2) and Joint Into-Plane Fuelling Services (JIG1) as well as Aviation bulletins that ate published from time to time. Advises his superintendent on current developments at the facility during his shift. Provides guidance to personnel reporting to him in matters of aviation operations. Provides his superintendent with recommended materials listing of spare parts requirements and assists in repairs to specialty items as required. Undertakes special responsibilities, when trained.

Qualification Requirements: Employer Preference: The candidate must have at least 2 years in Aircraft refuelling and in petroleum industry. He must posses trainings in Aviation Operations and related matters. He must have advance training in electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair. O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job.
