| Qualification Requirements: | Employer Preference: 2 years experience as cook and with experience in progressive culinary kitchen management and exposure to international food cusine, has experience in planning & managing catering events, in high volume cooking for large catering, knowledge on HACCP implementation, comprehensive knowledge of food catering w/ focus on production, sanitation and food cost control and must have strong oral & written communication skills.
