| Job Duties: | To supervise the worker in assisting a customer in their outside job field, and instruct worker how to handle customers upon arrival for visit and guide them on how to tour out the island. Translate messages simultaneously or consecutively into specific languages,orally or by using hand signs, maintaining messge content, context, and style as much as possible. Listen to speakers' statements to determine meanings and to prepare translations, using electronic listening systems as necessary. Proofread, edit, and revise translated materials.Performs general clerical duties; Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office; purchases office furnitures and supplies; Collect and maintain inventory; Payroll preparation, invoicing, and bookkeeping. Aids executive in staff capacity by coordinating office services such as personnel, budget preparation, and control and special management studies, study management method to improve workflow and simplify reportng procedures and other duties as assigned. |
