| Job Duties: | Manage and maintain executives' schedules. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings. Make travel arrangements for executives. Preferrence given to applicants who meet the requirements stated in Comments. | Qualification Requirements: | 1. An associate degree from a U.S. accredited college or university; 2. Understand Chinese Government Custom regulations and Laws, including all Chinese export matters and CNMI’s import matters. 3. Flexible working hours, including traveling to China and sometimes stay there for a month for wholesale merchandise import matters; 4. Translate all Chinese export purchases’ documents into English for CNMI Custom purpose and translate all CNMI purchases’ requests into Chinese for Chinese merchandise supplies prefered. O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job.
