| Job Duties: | Establish corporate management plans and objecties. Implement approved corporate policies. Formulate financial programs for operation, to maximize returns on activities and to increase productivity. Evaluate performance of the employees. Review market analysis to determine customer needs. Review records of sales, operating cost, or property availability. Determine and certify the eligibility of prospective tenants. Analyze budget and prepare forecast for President's review and approval. Obtain new ways to improve efficiency and maximize profits. Analyze correspondence, reports policies, lease documents and other materials for President's review and action. Review, prepare and monitors lease agreement of all the real property for the company and clients or buyers. Attends meeting with prospective tenants to show properties, explain terms of occupancy and provide information about the area. Other duties may include maanagement functions, such as purchasing, budgetting, accounting, and personnel work. Outstanding flexibility; ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines; strong leadership and client service skill; internet and excell in oral and written communication skills; adheres to computer system; Competent to adapt to changes and perform other related duties as Manager. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Employer Preference: Require a four-year bachelor's degree; minimum of one or two years experience with minimal supervision; with extensive background on apartment rental, real estate, construction and business management; Knowledge on CNMI labor laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government, etc. Skill in using logic and reasoning to the identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problem. The ability to choose the right pathetical methods or formulas to solve a problem. Preferably can speak fluently in Japanese.
