| Job Duties: | Plan, direct, or coordinate supportive services of an organization, such as record keeping, mail distribution, telephone operator/receptionist, and other office support services. May oversee facilities planning and maintenance and custodial operations.# Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. # Direct or coordinate the supportive services department of a business, agency, or organization. # Set goals and deadlines for the department. # Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency. # Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of records. # Acquire, distribute and store supplies. # Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies. # Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations. # Hire and terminate clerical and administrative personnel. # Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems. Manage and execute administrative task encompassing the main administrative office of the company and coordinate all inter-departmental administrative work requirement. Support the General Manager in the daily office handling of operational work flow of correspondence and other related paper works. fully coordinate with Human Resources department all required Company's compliance of Human Resources policies. Provide assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving human relations and work performance problems. Perform analysis for manpower needs based on departmental operational requirements. Manages the overall implementation of quality system work process that conform to the company's Quality policy, standards, and objectives. conduct and introduce new procedures for work simplification, improvement, and measurement studies. Manages, oversees, and supervise all aspects of the parking booth operations department at Sea Port and the Airport. Reviews and evaluates employee job performance and conformance to regulations and effectively recommends personnel action. Handles the company's Time Log system operation of all departments and submit to the payroll department all department personnel time record. Solicit and handles all supplier accreditation and assessment to support the company's Purchasing Quality Management. Will be in-charge of the company's petty cash disbursement and controls the daily flow of Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders. Will serve as a liaison with third party certifying body and with external parties on matters relating to the quality management system. |

Proficient with the application and use of various computer software, such as Peachtree, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project, etc. Preferrably with working knowledge in systems and development processes involving training , organization, compensation, etc. Excellent interpersonal skills.
