| Job Duties: | Perform duties and responsibilities to manage, plan, direct and coordinate daily business operation. Direct and coordinates activities of organization to obtain efficiency and economy operation and maximized profits. Plans develop and implement through subordinates and administrative personnel organization policies and goals. Monitor supplies of auto parts for sale. Determine price schedule and discount rate. Computer literate and have knowledge of several Microsoft program such as Peachtree Accounting. Knowledgeable in many aspect of business organization, have background of accounting enough to interpret financial statement, sufficient knowledge and required taxes in the CNMI. Must be flexible and have extensive knowledge in the present line of business of the Company. Knowledge in Auto parts is required. Other related duties as maybe assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: College graduate. Must have extensive knowledge in managing auto parts retail/wholesale business. Highly familiar with various auto parts and accessories. Must be knowledgeable in creating company policies and personnel organization. Able to analyze and interpret Financial Statements, monitor/update merchandise inventory and prepare budget and expenditures thru the use of Peachtree Program and Excel. Familiar with CNMI government rules and regulations in conducting business. Must be proficient in English, able to prepare correspondences and attend meetings for the business. Able to represent the business with integrity and professionalism. O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job.
