| Job Duties: | Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in installation, repairs and maintenance of telephone facilities such as private and public telephones, switchboards and other telephone equipments. Inspects customer's premises to determine location of telephone and installation procedures. Directs installation of telephone equipments such as brackets, wires. Connects wires to inside cable terminals, tests installed instruments and circuits continuity or to locate malfunstions using tone and flicker sets. Performs other duties as described as SUPERVISOR. Additional duties and responsibilities: Configures, program and installs the following telephone system such as, Vodavi Starplus, 308 to 96EX, Tie-mod 208/616, Delta 1232-2464, PABX Mitel Systems, 1428 digital phone system, hybrid system model 308 to 48/144 and Vodavi Starplus XTS 4x8x2-28x44x2 and STS systems 12x24x2-24x48x2. Responsible on all technical support for all the phone systems. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: 2 years of experience in telecommunications and must be familiarized and specialized in troubleshooting, programming and installing phone system mentioned on the above job description.
