Job Duties: · Prepare project scope of work for A/E Services · Conduct or participate in Pre-Proposal Conferences; · Prepare and distribute Minutes of Pre-Proposal Conferences; · Assist various Government permitting agencies requirements with consultants including Building Permit, DEQ Permit, and CRM Permit; · Prepare and distribute evaluation sheets for consultants; Coordinate construction bidding for all CIP projects; · Coordinate distribution of Bid Addenda to plan holders of record; · Conduct or participate in Pre-Bid Conferences; · Prepare or coordinate and distribute Minutes of Pre-Bid Conferences; · Review and ensure compliance with required security and QA/QC measures; · Review and coordinate review of contractor’s submittals; · Ensure contractor’s maintenance of current Submittal Log; · Monitor contractor’s manpower and compliance with minimum wage labor standards; · Attend and participate in periodic project coordination meetings; · Arrange and coordinate meetings between Using Agencies, Contracting Agency and construction contractor when appropriate; · Coordinate and assist contractor’s submittals of cost for proposed changes; · Maintain communications with the Director relative to projects progress, status and problems; · Changes to the work and/schedule; · Prepare periodic project status reports; · Oversee Pre-Final and Final inspection; · Prepare closing documents for the contract and to compliance with contract documents; · Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the Tinian Mayor and Tinian Delegation.
