| Job Duties: | To administratively assist the General Manager in all matters of Expressions, Inc. including but not limited to all its dba's to include in the formulation of construction site safety, health and quality control programs, documentation of all pertinent requirements from local and federal agencies that pertains to all the scope of work of this corporation. To assist general manager in technical correspondences and/or communication with other contractors or government agencies with jurisdiction to construction industry. * Manage and maintain executives' schedules. * Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. * Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. * Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. * File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. * Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals. * Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. * Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. * Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings. * Make travel arrangements for executives. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Must have a degree in college. Must have at least 2 years working experience. Must be able to communicate technically in construction trades/industry preferred. Must have the ability to prepare or assist General Manager in formulating construction site safety, health and quality control programs.
