| Job Duties: | Prepares, examines, or analyzes accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.# Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.# Reconciles monthly statement of accounts for retail sites and investigates any discrepancies by performing on-line review of transactions booked in the JDE System against supporting documents.# Accepts payment for walk-in, fleet card and trade customers.# Books customer's payments against open item invoices outstanding in the customer's account.# Books journal entries into the JDE system and ensures accuracy of cost centers, general ledger code and sub-ledger codes.# Prepares monthly inventory of used and unused accountable forms.# Collate original copies of sales invoices for transmittal and collection.# Maintains billings and vendors files.# Summarizes employee timesheets and overtime for submission to HR.# Process credit card payments.# Handles sorting and distribution of fleetcards.# Performs other duties that may be assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Must be college graduate of Accounting course. Must have extensive four yeats experience with JDE System preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours.
