Job Duties: Prepares seasons and cook soups, meats. vegetables, desserts and other foodstuff for consumption in eating establishments. Read menu to estimate food requirements and order foodstuff from supplier or procures food from storage. Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food handling practices. Turn or stir foods to ensure even cooking. Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgement and experience. Observe and test foods to determine foods if they have been cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting, smelling or piercing them with utensils. Weigh measure and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgement using various kitchen utensils and equipments.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: High school graduate or its equivalent. Must have knowledge in cooking Korean dishes preferred.
