Job Duties: Repairs and maintains physical structures of establishment such as office building apartment houses using hand tools and power tools. Repair and replaces defective electrical switches and other fixtures. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. Recommend maintenance program and provide technical support as well as electrical trouble. Repairs and install electrical wiring and all electrical furniture and fixtures. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
