Job Duties: To greet & seat guests as they enter our restaurant and (HELP MAKE THEM FEEL COMFORTABLE). 1) Responsible for suggesting and recommending appetizers, beverages, dinner specials and taking such orders in a timely manner. 2) Must know mathematics and to calculate sales reports at the closing of the shift. 3) to have dinning area cleaned and set-up for opening of business and have completed all side works, condiments and paper products in work areas. 4) To communicate and co-ordinate with the kitchen for special orders, dinner specials and drink specials and all food related issues or needs required for the dinning area. 5) To provide our guests with comfort and service so they want to return to see YOU and US again. 6) To work and communicate with management and co-workers in which you become part of the team. 7) Need to know the food and drink menu, including ingredients and prices and all specials being offered. 8) Being able to explain the various ways menu items are prepared, including ingredients. To include all related responsibilities. Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages. Collect payments from customers. Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff. Take orders from patrons for food or beverages. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Serve food or beverages to patrons, and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required. Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes. Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning. Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request. Inform customers of daily specials.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: 1) Must be 21 yrs of age to serve alcoholic beverages. To be presentable, friendly and polite with good communication skills, Being able to work quickly and courteously and stay calm under pressure. 5) Should be aware of health and safety rules and regulation requirements for food handlers. 6) To be able to handle bill and guests payments. 7) An interest in being the best at what your doing would be a great asset.
