| Job Duties: | Responsible for the overall operation of the Compliance Department. Ultimate approval of all staffing and develops comprehensive training and maintenance programs. Ensures that all reports required by the Gaming Commission are submitted in a timely manner. Maintains high Employee morale and good customer relations. Performs other related duties. Determine and formulate policies and provide the overall direction of companies or private and public sector organizations within the guidelines set up by a board of directors or similar governing body. Plan, direct, or coordinate operational activities at the highest level of management with the help of subordinate executives and staff managers. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: College graduate or its equivalent . Five (5) years experience required.
