Job Duties: Cleaning and Reviewing all employees personnel files, accounting documents, shipping documents, production to determined the length of time since they left Saipan in order for us to destory them. Looks for files/documents whenever our head office in Korea request. Make copies of documents requested and scan them to Korea. Feeds and bath the company dogs. Cleans up their mess around the yard and Files documents. Other duties as assigned. Please take note that Winners has closed its door since February 2008 and this is only to clean out our records following the requirement of the laws. Perform duties too varied and diverse to be classified in any specific office clerical occupation, requiring limited knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of individual establishments and may include a combination of answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing or word processing, stenography, office machine operation, and filing.
