| Job Duties: | Supervising Franchised or independent fastfood or wholesale prepared food establishment. Directs, coordinates & participate in preparation of cooking, wrapping or packing all types of food prepared to customers. Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift. Resolve customer complaints regarding food service. Train workers in food preparation and in service, sanitation and safety procedures. Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards. Control & conduct inventories of food, equipment, small ware and report shortages to designated personnel. Ordering or purchasing of supplies. Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures in order to ensure quality standards and service. Assign duties, responsibilities, and work stations to employees in accordance with work requirements. Perform personnel actions such as counseling and giving disciplinary actions, consulting other managers as necessary. Analyze operational problems, such as theft and wastage, and establish procedures to alleviate these problems. Perform other related duties as assign. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: At least a high school graduate, with minimum 1 year experience as a fastfood supervisor supervising minimum five (5) employees or more. Must be friendly with good communication skills and willing to learn. A self starter with minimum supervision, good working ethics, dependable, and willing to work on a flexible schedule. O-Net: Title Job Zone Two: Some Preparation Needed Overall Experience Some previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience may be helpful in these occupations, but usually is not needed. For example, a teller might benefit from experience working directly with the public, but an inexperienced person could still learn to be a teller with little difficulty.
