Job Duties: Teaches diving activities to individuals or groups at public or private facilities. Explains and demonstrates the basic of scuba diving and teaches the proper use of diving gears and equipments. Conducts certification classes explaining techniques, principles and method of regulating movement of body to achieve proficiency in diving. Performs other related duties assigned.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: At least two (2) years minimum work Experience as Scuba Diving Instructor. PADI Dive Instructor license is required. Preferably, speak, write, read and communicate Japanese language well. O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job. Job Training Employees in these occupations usually need one or two years of training involving both on-the-job experience and informal training with experienced workers. Job Zone Examples These occupations usually involve using communication and organizational skills to coordinate, supervise, manage, or train others to accomplish goals.
