| Job Duties: | PLANS DAILY OPERATION, MONITOR PRODUCTION PROCESS FOLLOWING COMPANY'S PROCEDURE AND PROFITABILITY GUIDELINES. DIRECTS AND COORDINATES ACTIVITIES WITH PRODUCTION, SALES AND DISTRIBUTION OF BAKERY PRODUCTS. DETERMINES VARIETY AND QUANTITY OF BAKERY PRODUCTS TO BE PRODUCED, ACCORDING TO ORDERS AND SALES PROJECTIONS. DEVELOP BUDGET FOR BAKERY OPERATION FOLLOWING STANDARD BUSINESS PRACTICES. PLANS PRODUCTS DISTRIBUTIONS TO CUSTOMERS AND NEGOTIATES WITH SUPPLIER TO ARRANGE PURCHASE AND DELIVERY. HIRES AND DISCHARGE EMPLOYEES. MUST BE FLEXIBLE AND HAS EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE IN MANAGING THE PRESENT LINE OF BUSINESS. OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS A BAKERY MANAGER. |
