Job Duties: *Must be capable to perform masonry, carpentry and general building repairs and maintenance. * Repair or replace defective bakery and kitchen equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment. * Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that bakery&kitchen equipment continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. * Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions,of service vehicle use for delivery * Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments. * Assemble, install or repair pipe systems and plumbing. * Clean other parts of bakery and kitchen equipment to keep in a good condition and well maintained.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: experience in masonry and carpentry works preferred.
