| Job Duties: | Assist the Xanadu Coordinator with the overall management of the Xanadu operation. Assist with recruitment, interviewing, placement and orientation. Serve as the primary contact for supervisors and staff. Provide organizational support and establish strong communication with supervisors and staff. Weekly follow-up on discussed issue related to Xanadu operation. Responsible for verification of hours and monitoring paperwork and attend monthly staff meetings. Other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Must possess strong leadership skills. Will work closely with the coordinator. Experience in administration, supervision, program development, and experience working in hotel operations, preferably in rooms division. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Be able to communicate and understand Chinese language preferred. O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job.
