Job Title: Machinery Engineer 49-9041.00
Job Duties: Inspect, analyze, recommend and discuss machinery requirements of clients for purpose of sales. Do preventive maintenance schedules of respective machinery and source better perspectives to upgrade existing. Other related duties as assigned. * Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs. * Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment. * Repair and maintain the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery and equipment. * Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear. * Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs. * Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters and other testing devices. * Operate newly repaired machinery and equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs. * Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machinery. * Analyze test results, machine error messages, and information obtained from operators in order to diagnose equipment problems. * Record repairs and maintenance performed.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: Engineering college graduate or equivalent, 24 months experience. Honest and trustworthy a must. Experience on dealing with other people through sales of machinery and related parts an advantage. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job.
