| Job Duties: | Chief Representative in the CNMI for the head office in Seoul Korea. Oversees the corporate assets in the CNMI and acts as a personal representative to the chairman and the board of director of the head corporate offices. Reports directly to the chairman and the board of directors regarding ongoing business activities in the CNMI. Directs administration of the hotel. Coordinates security, recreational and rehabilitation programs. Directs operation & maintenance of facilities, such as laundry, cafeteria, building and grounds. Directs recruitment and training staffs. Confers with staff to formulate and institute policies and regulation. Complies and analyze expenditures, prepare report for officials. Prepare budget and monitors expenditures. Perform other related managerial duties and responsibilities as may require. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Must be a college graduate with five (5) years of experience as a high level corporate executive specializing in real estate, construction, and asset preservation. Korean speakers preferred. O-Net: Title Job Zone Five: Extensive Preparation Needed Overall Experience Extensive skill, knowledge, and experience are needed for these occupations.
