| Job Duties: | Converts data from project specifications and statements of problems and procedures to create or modify computer programs. Prepares detailed workflow chart and diagram to illustrate sequence of steps that program must follow and to describe input, output and logical operations involved. Converts detailed logical flow chart to language processable by computer. Will design, write or document the programmer. Confers with supervisor and representative of departments concerned with program to resolve questions of program intent, data input, output requirements and inclusion of internal checks and controls. Will be able to maintain, evaluate and adjust to emerging technology trends. Do other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Must be college graduate with minimum of four (4) years experience. Must have experience and in-depth knowledge in MS Visual Basic, MS Access/Dbx(Clipper), MS Net,MS Exchange,SQL server 2000/2005, Crystal Reports, MS Windows 2000/2003, XP,Windows Domain environment and implementation of DC/AD/DNS/GP/DHLP, RB 2000 software suite, installation and troubleshooting of PC and peripheral, installation on network using various operating and mail server systems. Experience in a Banking environment is a MUST. O-Net: Title Job Zone Four: Considerable Preparation Needed Overall Experience A minimum of two to four years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed for these occupations. For example, an accountant must complete four years of college and work for several years in accounting to be considered qualified.
