Job Title: Swimming Pool Maintenance 37-2011.00
Job Duties: Cleans, adjusts, and performs minor repairs to swimming pool auxiliary equipments. Uses net to remove leaves and other debris from surface of water. Cleans bottom and sides of pool, using aids as underwater vacuum cleaner, hose, brush, detergent, acid solution, and sander. Inspects and replaces loose or damaged tiles. Cleans and repairs filter system and other related duties.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: Must be a good swimmer. Must know how to use sand operate underway vacuum cleaner. Must be able to hold breath while scrubbing pool floor and pool walls. Must be able to work with chlorine and other pool cleaning chemicals. Being able to clean and repair filter system is preferable. O-Net: Title Job Zone One: Little or No Preparation Needed Overall Experience No previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed for these occupations. For example, a person can become a cashier even if he/she has never worked before. Job Training Employees in these occupations need anywhere from a few days to a few months of training.
