| Job Duties: | Prepare various client's Corporate and Personal Financial Statements, Annual Income Tax Returns and Loan Packages. Computes monthly, quarterly and annual taxes for submission to the Division of Revenue and Taxation and with the Internal Revenue Service Center. Prepare, examine or analyze accounting records, financial statements and financial reports. Develop, implement, modify and document record keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology -Peach Tree Applications whichever applicable to client's business activities. Advise clients in their business activities, cost cutting strategies and other business problems. Assist clients with their banking needs, tax problems with Revenue and Taxation and with IRS and any problems that may occur in the day to day operation of client's businesses. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Employer Preference: Must be a graduate of Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant. With a minimum of 2 years work experience as Accountant preferably worked in an accountanting services in Saipan. Expertise in preparation of loan package to bank and other lending institutions. Hardworking and trustworthy. O-Net: Title Job Zone Four: Considerable Preparation Needed Overall Experience A minimum of two to four years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed for these occupations. For example, an accountant must complete four years of college and work for several years in accounting to be considered qualified.
