| Job Duties: | to assist by managing and implementation of procedures, rules and regulations, coordinate company activities, and improve workflow and perform other duties. Assist any positions from time to time for smooth operation. communicate, assist and guide tourists in verbal or writing manner from time to time when they need help. process claims, complaints, and requests from tourists if they have any. entertain tourists in advising and directing the rules, regulations and other golf principles. attend phone calls from tour agents for reservation, inquiry and complaints and process them in a professional manner. advise management for hiring and firing of staff and applicants. directs activities of dining room and kitchen workers and crews that maintain club buildings and costs of foodstuffs, beverages and grounds keeping equipment, and golf course in good condition. estimates necessity of items on budget to board of directors and requests for approval. inspect club buildings, equipment, and golf course. requisition materials such as foodstuff, beverages, seeds fertilizers and grounds keeping equipment. keep accounts of receipts and expenditures. may assist in planning tournaments. prepare reports to management, board members, shareholders in Japanese language preferred. |
