| Job Duties: | Present and sell Company products and services to potential clients. Prepare action plans and schedules to indemnify specific targets and to project number of contacts to be made. Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from field activities. Identify sales prospects and contacts. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledges. Prepare paper works to activate and maintain contract services. Manage account services and follow up business concerns. Prepare various reports such as Cash Transation Statement, Cash Flow, Budget Report to reduce costs and Reconciliation between Invoice vs. Cash on sales matter. Coodinate delivery of mechandise and schedules of shipments of other ordered products. Do inventory checking, develop and suggest special sales activities to reduce stocks. Monitor sales price and products of the competitors as basis for the change of current sales and prices. Do other related duties assign from time to time. |
