Job Duties: To manage the overall operations of the company, to negotiate with various agencies/clients from Japan who would come to Saipan for filming of TV Commercials. Responsible for transmitting any information related to filming procedures and policies to all prospective Japanese Clients. To do decision making on behalf of the company. Supervises employees, contractors, vendors and other service providers. All other related task . Preferably, literate in Japanese both oral and written and preferably has knowledge on on how to manage a filming company. * Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services. * Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products. * Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. * Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. * Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency. * Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary. * Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. * Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions, coordinating with other department heads as required. * Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand. * Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, representing management in purchase negotiations.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: At Least 2 years work experience as Operation Manager from any film production company. Any knowledge on Filming procedure is a plus. Preferably, Literate in Nihongo both written and oral communication. Must be High School graduate, College Graduate or College Level or with equivalent certificate of diploma. O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job.
