| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Must have at least two years of working experience in the field of repairing maintenance and construction involving plumbing,painting,masonry,electrical, carpentry and mechanical skills and ability to perform janitorial work. Must know how to read and follow blueprints, specifications, drawings, plans and instructions to remodel and repair various types of facilities and structures.Must know how to use safely and proficiently manual and power tools and equipments used in repairing, maintenance and in the construction trades.
