Job Duties: To assist the Director of Food & Beverage in planning, organizing and directing the overall Food & Beverage Department Operation in every aspect in order to maintain high standards of food & beverage quality, service and merchandising to maximize profits. Participate in total operational management with Director of F&B. Prepare himself for his future role as F&B Director when on leave and off duty & is full responsible for the Department. Responsible for managing all Hotel Night Operations in order to achieve the highest levels of guests satisfaction, profit & safety. Assis in planning, budgeting, controlling & purpose sales & marketing strategies and directing the functions of administration of the Food & Beverage Dept. to meet the profit plan of the department and other related duties. * Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving, and building maintenance in lodging and dining facilities. * Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner. * Count money and make bank deposits. * Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations. * Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel to ensure economical use of food and timely preparation. * Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity. * Monitor budgets and payroll records, and review financial transactions to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted. * Maintain food and equipment inventories, and keep inventory records. * Schedule staff hours and assign duties. * Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service.

Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or equivalent education degree level preferred & three (3) yrs. of work experienced as manager title on overall Food & Beverage operation.Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job.
