Job Duties: ER preference: Schedule duty roster for; Be helpful in whatever inquiries that may arise form the hotel guest; Handle guest’s complaints tactfully and following up in ensuring that every complaint I taken care of; Assist in settling the bill upon guest’s check out; Record all unusual incidents or complaints; Assist Security Department of investigate all incidents or thefts that may occur within the hotel princess; Conduct thorough inspections of all areas in the hotel at least once while on Duty; Observed operational conditions of all areas and report any disorder to the department concerned for appropriate action; Perform any other duties as requested by Management. Minimum 5 years experiences in 5 star international hotel with at least 2 years as in the Front office Department Assistant Manager/ Duty Manager. preferraly speak and write fluent English and Chinese. Any other additional Language skill with be advantageous. Onet: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job.
