| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: 2 years experienced as Video operator. Knowledge of cable television system function and delivery; operation of current video, sound, editing, automated video playback and electronic bulletin board equipment; FCC rules and regulations concerning cablecasting; studio and field production equipment; operation of personal computers and associated software. Ability to: work independently and with others; operate video, audio and lighting equipment for live meetings, studio/remote location shoots, and video playback of pre-recorded programs. O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job.
