Job Duties: Prepare, season and cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other food stuffs in a restaurant. Order supplies, keep records and accounts, price items on menu and plan menus. Inspect food preparations and serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices. Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters. Wash, peel, cut and seed fruits and vegetables to prepare them for consumption. Perform other related duties.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: High school graduate and its equivalent. One (1) year experience in Japanese food preparation and cooking. Mastery of Japanese Cuisine.
