| Job Duties: | Assists and Performs managerial functions in the absence of the company's president/general manager who are stationed in the U.S. Implements company policies and ensures that all departments are coordinating their activities. Handles all communication between inter-company branches in U.S., Guam, and Saipan. Works independently and reports daily activities to the corporate owners who are based in the U.S. Resolves issues and decides for minor matters. Adheres to strict confidentaility about the office/business matters. Prepares, schedules, and processes all business licenses, registrations, tax returns, and employees hirings. In-charge of entering financial data using Peachtree or Quickbook accounting program for easy auditing of CPA stationed in the branch office in L.A. In charge of documentation of all incoming and outgoing shipments, both containerized or loose cargo. Monitors the purchases ordered from U.S., China & Korea and keeps track of its arrival. Reports any discrepancies or back-order of the actual shipments received. Attends board meetings & prepares minutes to be filed at the AG's office. Responsible in explaining to the board of directors any inquiries they may have regarding the business, be it by phone or thru email. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: College graduate. 2-years experience working in a big electrical firm and can work with less supervision. Familiar with all types of electrical items to properly perform assigned duties. Must be trustworthy. Well experienced in bank reconciliation. Can report clearly the financial data and business standing using graphs. Preferably, Can communicate clearly with Korean owners.
