| Job Duties: | Direct and coordinate activities of business. Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with organization officials, and staff members as necessary. Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. Monitor business to ensure efficiency while staying within budgetary limits. Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency. Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand. Provide periodic reports in Japanese and English to the shareholders of the organization. Perform other related duties as assigned by organization's members & shareholders. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: A post secondary degree from an accredited college, university or trade school. related experience in business with 2 years of supervisory or management experience. Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English and Japanese preferred. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations.
