| Job Duties: | Assesses physiologic, environmental, psychosocial and spiritual characteristics of the client across the life span, family and community. Identifies client problems, prioritizes, plans, initiates and evaluates interventions that have positive outcomes for the individual, family and community. Provide Theraputic Care to patients. Provide housekeeping and routine personal care services. Clean clients’ houses, do laundry, and change bed linens. Plan meals (including special diets), shop for food, and cook. Help clients get out of bed, bathe, dress, and groom. Accompany clients to doctors’ appointments or on other errands. Provide instruction and psychological support to their patients. Advise families and patients on nutrition, cleanliness, and household tasks. Assist in toilet training a severely mentally handicapped child, or just listen to clients talk about their problems. May be required to supervise and assign duties to personal and health aides. May be required to assist in marketing which may include participation in community events or presentations. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Qualification Requirement: CNMI R.N. license. May consider R.N. license from another U.S. Jurisdiction. Per CNMI law, for non-resident applicants must have 2 years of verifiable nursing experience. Criminal Background check and TB clearance is required. Experience with OASIS documentation and HAVEN medicare coding is preferred, but not required. O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job.
