| Job Duties: | SUMMARY: Processes invoices to customers. 1. Receives and stocks shipments from vendors. Verifies that the documents are complete and accurate. Otherwise resolves issues or notifies purchasing and logistics to update their records. Prepares receiving reports accordingly. 2. Prepares company invoices and pullout stocks based on sales orders according to procedures using the company’s PeachTree Accounting system; assures prices and quantities and other information are correct. 3. Prepares and processes other invoices such as those pertaining to freight according to procedures. 4. Closes or modifies sales orders according to procedures or as otherwise instructed. 5. Maintains the manual log of sales invoices. Accounts for the signed copies of invoices to ensure that such have been delivered or served. 6. Prepares and submits the customer sales order balances report on a timely basis and according to procedures. 7. Must be familiar with OTC Medicines, Health & Beauty Aid Products and other Medical Supply. 8. Substitutes for the customer service position as assigned. 9. May assist in the delivery and merchandising as assigned. 10. Other related duties. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. |

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer skills and be able to effectively use the company’s inventory and order entry PeachTree Accounting software, word processing software, internet software, and spreadsheet software.
