| Job Duties: | Perform day to day janitorial duties such as gather and remove trash, vaccuum and mop the common walkways, sweeping debris, washing interiors, dusting countertops and maintain the cleanliness at the bathroom. Monitor building security and safety thru lockings the doors after office hours, check electrical appliances use to ensure that hazards are not created. Know how to follow procedures on how to use the chemical cleaners and cleaning equipments in order to prevent damages in the floors & fixtures. Notify In-Charge the needs of the premises for the maintenance of its cleanliness. Do other related cuties. |
