| Job Duties: | Prepares cost estimate for air conditioning and refrigeration and ventilation system for residential, commercial and industrial establishments based on design provided by customer or his designer. Supervise installation of equipment and ducting system in accordance with plans and specifications and proper coordination with customer or his representatives such as engineers, architects and other technical personnel. Handles procurement and delivery of special order equipment. Prepares proposal and recommendation to customers based on actual on-site inspection to include price, recommended type of equipment and working drawings. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer with at least four (4) years hands-on experience in trouble shooting refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation system both on residential and commercial establishments. Must possess good communication skills in dealing with customers, project owners and contractors in addition to proper handling of work implementation and execution on various projects. With full knowledge in preparing engineering drawings (Autocad), specifications, proposals and quotations and in recommending and selecting equipment and products. Knowledgeable on Building Management System.
