| Job Duties: | Performs periodic preventive maintenance and cleaning works for all school and office equipment such us air-conditioners, office equipment including computers; performs in-house equipment, masonry, carpentry, electrical repairs; transport and collect equipment sent for outside shops for repair; clean school grounds daily, cut grass or bush; possess strong sense for cleanliness, health and safety; conducts periodic inspection of safety and security equipment e.g. fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, widows and door locks, etc. Performs related duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: At least 2 years experience in building and ground maintenance; must possess working knowledge in basic electrical installation and repair, air-conditioning, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, etc. Possess sufficient knowledge in safety and health guidelines. Physically fit to operate safely power tools and equipment such us grass/bush cutter, pressure washer, chainsaw, etc. Hardworker, honest and good character. O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job.
