| Job Duties: | Input and update patient’s record of the computer, send bills to insurances, patient and collect payments from insurances and patients. Send bills to insurance Companies and to patients follow up and collect payment. Market product available in the clinic, may recommend appropriate sunglass that fits the shape of the face and lifestyle of the clients, for prescription glasses, after medical finding from the optometrist. May recommend the style, color and type of lens and the frames appropriate to particular client. In charge of doing inventory for proper accountabilities and re-order of fast moving items. Very attentive to client’s need and inquiries, friendly, accommodating and up-to date in fashion in sunglasses and prescription glasses. Other related duties as maybe assigned. |
