| Job Duties: | Provide technical assistance to computer system used in the lottery business operation. Answer questions or resolve on-line computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from remote location. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, and operating systems in various locations of the computerized betting terminal and locations of the lottery business. • Oversee the daily performance of on-line computer systems various locations of the lottery business operation. Enter commands and observe on-line system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors. Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications. Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities. Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service. Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications. Coordinates and publicizes lottery marketing activities. May review and verify report for individual authorized lottery ticket retailers and other outlets. Doing sales such as improving lottery ticket sales, introducing games, sales, introducing new customers, promotional prizes, promotional tours packages for free air travel from China, Korea and Japan to Saipan and return and free accommodations in Saipan, customers motivations, collection from the customers. Keep accurate records of monetary exchanges, authorization forms, and transaction reconciliations. Reconcile daily summaries of transactions to balance books. Introduce and explain odds and prizes. Monitor market conditions and market acceptance. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: A prospective employee or applicant must have at least 1-2 years previous working experience as Computer Support Specialist in a lottery business operation. O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job.
