Job Duties: Converts data from project specifications and statements of problems and procedures to create or modify computer programs. Prepares detailed workflow chart diagram to illustrate sequence of steps that program must follow and to describe input, output and logical operation involved. Analyzes workflow chart and diagram, applying knowledge of computer capabalities, subject matter, and symbolic logic. Confers with supervisor and representatives of department concerned with program to resolved questions of program intent, data input, output requirements and inclusions of internal checks controls.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: Must have two years of work experience as a computer programmer; college graduate (preferably Computer Science Course); had worked in an accounting services in Saipan; hard working and can assist Accountants in accounting programs and tax computations and preparations.
