| Job Duties: | Repairs and maintains physical structure of commercial and industrial establishments such as factories, office building and houses using hand/power tools. Replaces electrical switches and other fixtures; paint structures and repair woodworks with carpenters tools,repairs plumbing fixtures, plaster and lay bricks, builds shed. Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting; boiler making; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs.And does related duties assigned by the Immediate Supervisor. |
