Job Duties: Responsible for supervising, coordinating & participating in the activities of his/her section, personnel engaged in the preparation & serving of meals to guest or hotel employees. Supervises, coordinates & participates in the activities of kitchen staff engage in the proper cleaning, cutting, marinating, seasoning & cooking of all food stuffs for respective kitchens/sections. Prepares requisitions of food items based on business volume expected and other related duties.
