| Job Duties: | Responsible for assisting Executive Housekeeping with day to day operations. Provide training, coaching & counseling to Supervisor, Team Leader, Housekeeping Cleaner, Commercial Cleaner & wash & valet attendants. Assist with the development & maintenance of an operations manual that includes policies & procedures, work processes & standards of performance and the preparation and regular update of the Housekeeping Department budget in cooperation with executive Housekeeping. Check all daily arrival VIP rooms, special guest rooms & welcome surprises to ensure they are being appropriately set up & other related duties. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: College Degree in Hotel Operation Management or other field with two (2) years of Supervisor or Management experience in Housekeeping O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job.
