Job Duties: Should perform a variety of heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. They should empty trash cans, and replenish bathroom supplies. On a typical day, they should wet or dry-mop floors, clean bathrooms, dust furniture, and exterminate insects and rodents. They also clean debris from sidewalks in front of buildings and notify management if there's a need for any major repairs.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: HS Graduate; Primary or secondary level of school is acceptable. Must not be lazy and can easily adapt to any work schedule assigned.
