| Job Duties: | To assist in the effective and efficient management and delivery of all Bar, Restaurant and Banquets Food and Beverage activities within the operation. To promote a customer focused culture within PIC by example and by encouraging in house training of all team members through an agreed training plan. To assist in the management of the outcomes of monthly Customer Reviews, linking these to changes in procedure and team training. To ensure the use of current Standard Operation Procedures by all team members within the department. To be able to work within any section within the Food and Beverage department. To be responsible for managing the time keeping records for all team members on your shift. To ensure the effective management, motivation, training and development of all team members employed in the bars and restaurants. To ensure PIC facilities comply with all relevant legislation relating to health and safety, food hygiene regulations and licensing legislation To promote a safe, healthy and environmentally secure environment. To ensure the ongoing compliance with statutory requirements relating to the work of the Department Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift. Resolve customer complaints regarding food service. Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures. Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards. Control inventories of food, equipment, smallware, and liquor, and report shortages to designated personnel. Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures in order to ensure quality standards and service. Assign duties, responsibilities, and work stations to employees in accordance with work requirements. Analyze operational problems, such as theft and wastage, and establish procedures to alleviate these problems. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience with anywhere from a few months to one year of working with experienced employees within a hotel restaurant preferred. This position usually requires a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
